The causes of these conflicts came with the massive cultural changes that were occurring in the States at the time, such as godliness, immigration, and prohibition. Prohibition started crime and corruption. The Klu Klux Klan started when immigration came to America, and trust started arguments about ontogenesis, which then lead to the scopes trial. During the 1920s era, religion in America experienced a cultural revolution. In the roaring twenties, religion was big(p)ly affected by immigration, the more than than the people, and the more the religion differences. Not everyone agreed on the equal beliefs. The governing of mass cultural for the first time in the United States had an force out on religion also. By the air of the radio, accent was caused mingled with rural and urban areas because of new ideas and set everyone had. religious belie f started with two origins: science and creation. Darwins theory of evolution came through and through the department of science, while the theory of creation came from the bible. This conflict between the two started the Scopes Trail. Held in Tennessee, the trial would try to let the statement of evolution in schools.

The Scopes Trail had a huge effect on the people, the whole t witness gathered for the case. Everybody has their hold opinion. As well as religion, immigration had a large impact on cultural conflicts also. A new ado of immigration brought in poor, battered, and dejected masses of people from easterly and Southern Europe to America. Mil! lions poured into the East and West Coasts. The immigrants that came to the United States lived in urban tenements. Tenements were over populated and unsanitary. The first immigrants didnt apportion the new comers. The new comers had cultural and economic threats against them and brought in a variety of different religion.
